Claire and Jeanne are twins gifted with an extraordinary talent for playing piano. Under the guidance of their ambitious father, the two grow up with their life revolving around piano. Their hard work appears to pay off when they are both accepted into a prestigious music academy in Germany – but the gifted young women’s dream is shattered when they find out they suffer from a rare hereditary disease that affects their hands and threatens their ability to continue playing piano.
